SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

Preventative
Action

To prevent injuries or illness related to workplace conditions, we take preventative action. Our goal is to identify what is likely to harm employees by conducting periodic risk assessments and job hazards analysis. We take precautionary measures accordingly.

We have implemented the following preventative measures:
  • Safety precautions are implemented when employees work in dangerous contexts or locations.
  • Safety equipment usage is mandatory, and we have provided protective gear like gloves, protective uniforms, goggles, and so on.
  • Equipment and infrastructure are regularly inspected by quality control employees.
  • Health and safety standards and procedures is the subject of employee training sessions.
  • It is necessary for at least two employees to be present for all highly dangerous job tasks.
  • There is a specific time limit for exposure to chemicals.
  • Putting up caution signs is necessary for employees who do repairs or cleaning
  • Smoking indoors is prohibited.

Emergency Management

The term “emergency management” describes our strategy for handling unforeseen disasters such as fires, floods, earthquakes, or explosions. These rely on either natural or human error.

  • Working sprinklers and smoke alarms that are routinely inspected by the maintenance supervisor.
  • Experts, both internal and external, on hand to promptly fix leaks, damages, and blackouts.
  • Readily available fire extinguishers and other fire safety supplies.
  • Production floor has an evacuation plan displayed on its walls.
  • Safety and fire exits that are properly marked and secure.
  • Well-stocked first-aid kits & eye washer in handy places.

In addition, to guarantee compliance with local and international standards, our organization    consults with specialists.
